Livin' The High Life

There are three basic types of home. A detached house, high rises, and somewhere in the middle lives the town and row houses. Personally, I love living in a high rise! Covered and deeded parking, concierge, 24 hour security, a view, no packages waiting in the rain, a dog walker- I simply love the convenience! Some want a yard for their pets, kids or gardening, some want the ability to play their music as loud as they want on their own vast acreage, certainly every home has it's own perks! Andrea was coming from out of state, selling two traditional homes to pick up and start a new life! Trying to learn the lay of the land in a very short time, I was excited to explain what each pocket of the city had to offer. As a young artist explaining her wish list (small bungalow, yard, parking, diversity), I was surprised to hear she was actually hoping for a high rise (A girl after my own heart)! I came up with a list I thought might interest her and we hit the streets touring several units. To her genuine surprise, the building I insisted we visit was her absolute favorite and we made an offer! The next day it was accepted and we had a smooth 2 week close!
